Innovative Learning

The teaching in the classroom should be innovative, child-centred, flexible and make full use of technology.

Our children are growing up in a fast-paced ‘flattening’ world where the jobs they will be doing have, in many cases, not been thought of and the technology that they will be using has yet to be invented.

In a modern classroom teachers need to direct students to utilize a range of tools for gathering, organizing, evaluating and synthesizing information made available through a variety of rich sources. Innovative learning relies on a culture that values deep and rich thinking.
