St Joseph's
Catholic High School

A place where your
child is known

Welcome to St Joseph’s Albion Park,
where learning is personal, Faith is lived out
And every student matters, every day.

We are a Catholic high school grounded in care, respect and high expectations. A place where young people grow in confidence, purpose, and hope.

We see
your child.

In the way of Jesus, St Joseph’s Catholic High School aspires to respect and celebrate the dignity of all. Inspired by the life of St Joseph, the school promotes a culture of faith, justice and service. Working in partnership with parish, staff, students, parents and a wider community, St Joseph’s aims to foster the development of spiritual, physical, intellectual and emotional growth so that each member, using their God-given talents, reaches their potential.

Learning That

Feels Meaningful

Education that goes deeper. Strong foundations in literacy, numeracy, and faith. A broad curriculum that opens doors. Teachers who care deeply and expect the best. Learning here is not about pressure. It is about progress. Step by step. Together.

Faith at the Heart

Our Catholic identity shapes our values and our actions. It teaches compassion, service, forgiveness, and responsibility. Faith is woven into daily life in ways that feel real and relevant. It helps students understand who they are and how they can make a difference.

Our 2025 DUX, Ashley, concluded the ceremony with a heartfelt message, acknowledging the supportive teachers and family members who played such an important role in helping her achieve her exceptional HSC results, a powerful reminder that success is never achieved alone.

St Joseph’s recognised for student growth in NAPLAN

St Joseph’s Catholic High School Albion Park has been named among the top 160 schools in NSW for improvement in NAPLAN results, according to a recent Sydney Morning Herald analysis of My School data. St Joseph’s was ranked 62nd in NSW for student improvement, across all socio-economic indexes, and the 6th ranked Systemic Catholic High School in NSW. The analysis compared student growth from Year 7 in 2023 to Year 9 in 2025 across Reading, Writing, Spelling, Grammar and Punctuation, and Numeracy. This is a significant achievement because it reflects the growth of the whole cohort over two years of schooling, rather than focusing only on high-performing students. It provides a meaningful picture of the progress made by students who completed NAPLAN at St Joseph’s in both Year 7 and Year 9.
